JFJ offers a wide variety of programs and events. Currently we offer several beginner, intermediate, advanced, and pre-team classes to best suit your child and ensure her to a successful path. We firmly believe that it is important to develop the gymnast on the inside and the outside.

Good basics and techniques in conjunction with positive reinforcement and discipline will help your daughter to be a great gymnast not only in the gym but outside the gym. Once the gymnast shows the she has potential and a good attitude, we love to provide the opportunity to be a part of our team.
